Safety Mindset | Advocacy
With 11,1400 employees, Illovo is Malawi's largest single private-sector employer. Yearly, accidents occur on factory grounds. To address this, short film "Chisanko Chango" helps employees to develop a safety mindset.
"Chisanko Chango" (My Choice) follows the story of Benson as he begins his new role as a supervisor at Illovo. Throughout his journey, he encounters safety hazards and learns adaptive methods to address them.
The film features employees of Illovo who participated in a two-day-acting course before shooting.
